Our USP lies in our in-depth understanding of the UK RE debt markets and what an asset needs to achieve to be attractive to refinance. We are able to leverage that knowledge to recognise arbitrage opportunities through the asset transition cycle.

We believe this is an optimal time to invest in the UK RE market. Interest rates are temporarily high and over-leveraged borrowers are being forced to sell at deep discounts. Our borrowers are value-add investors that will be delivering their finished products to market under different economic circumstances; primarily lower interest rates and higher consumer confidence.
Underpinning all of this is the chronic demand & supply imbalance in the UK property market - with the current shortage estimated to be at a staggering 4.75m homes.
